Entry chime accessibility issue

Not allowing individuals to control the entry chime as a personal setting is an accesibility issue that needs to be addressed.  Many people using Zoom are autistic or neurodiverse and that chime is a problem for them.

I had to leave a large meeting becuase the chime was cuasing extreme painful discomfort and pushing me toward severe overstimulation.  This is not a minor nicety, this is a disibility access issue, and is not acceptable.

I had success on my linux install by removing the files dingdong.pcm and dingdong1.pcm. Can't vouch for whether this works on other operating systems.
