Ending Zoom (Fullscreen)

Dear all

My mother-in-law had a zoom meeting today with her laptop and after the meeting, she was not able to leave the program or to end it - there is no "x" to click and even when she turned the laptop of and on again, this screen re-appeared. What can she do?

I am far away from her and can only support by telephone, so I cannot try things (she is over 80 years old and telephone support is difficult...).

Hi Barbara,

In the bottom right hand corner of the screen, she will see a red "Leave" button.  Once she clicks that, she will leave the meeting.  See the attached picture.  Hope this helps.

Thank you. We solved it by waiting till the laptop was empty and restarting it.

Your picture shows a complete other situation compared with my picture. There was no leave-Button, sorry. She was not in a meeting.
