Email used registration in meeting but host deny , I can use same email again is it right ?

It sounds like the host turned on manual registration. You registered, and the host denied your request. You can't use the same email again, but the host can easily go into their registration settings, click Denied tab, check your name, and click approve. I added a screenshot of this.
