Downloaded recording doesn't have both shared screen and speaker view

I'm trying to download the recording of a zoom session with a shared screen. There are various files I can download, but they either give me the shared screen or the gallery view, but not both shared screen and speaker. Previously this was not like this. 

Is there a way to download a single video that has both shared screen and speaker?

I'm having a similar problem. The recording file name says its the "Shared screen with speaker view"  but I'm only getting the shared screen.

Ya, I have 3 files: 1 speaker only, 1 gallery view and 1 slides only. It will not download the shared view that you can view via the link.
