Downloaded files

I had a zoom meeting with my Dr and she sent me a letter that she wrote. I downloaded the letter that I need for work but I cannot find where letter was downloaded to. 

I use Android Samsung Galaxy S10+ and I used the app. If there's any other information that is needed I can give.

The default download location for a Samsung Galaxy S10 is the My Files app, which may also be called Downloads, File Manager, or Files. To find downloaded files, you can:

1. Go to the Home screen
2. Select Apps
3. Select My Files
4. Select Device storage
5. Select Download

I found the my files app but there is no option to select apps.

I'm sorry for the late response. Have you tried checking the content from Samsung? It has more detailed information about the brand of your phone.
