I have a Pro account. I have been recording meetings for 3 years with no problem. All of a sudden last week, participants who joined the meeting after I started recording were unable to start their video and got a message that says something like "Host has disabled your video for this meeting." I did not make any changes to my meeting settings so I have no idea why this is happening all of a sudden. After much searching, I found the following statement in Zoom support: "If enabled by Zoom, you can automatically have participants' microphones muted and video off when they join a meeting with recording or live streaming in progress." What does "In enabled by Zoom" mean and how do I find this setting? I would like to disable this (i.e., I don't want my participants' video automatically off) but I can't find this option ANYWHERE. I am the account owner and searched all of my settings.

Hi @SFam welcome to the community! And thank you for your discussion here, as I will do my best to help you resolve your issue!
First, as the organizer (host) of the meeting and owner of the account, I would first suggest going into your profile settings at https://zoom.us/profile/setting and ensure that the participants video setting is enabled. Basically, anything (some not all) that is configured from https://zoom.us/profile/setting --> meetings will default things when scheduling a meeting (in the thirdly case scenario).
Secondly, within the knowledge base article on Managing participants in a meeting as the host and co-host, within the security settings in-meeting, you have the ability to disable "Stop a participant's video" and "Mute participants".
Third, this maybe enabled when scheduling your meeting as well, for example, when you go to https://zoom.us/meeting/schedule you have the options as well, to disable participants video (when joining) as well as to muting participants (when joining).
