Dear Team,
We use Zoom for educational purpose. We have 5 Zoom licences on which we run around 15 online programs. So accordingly we have more than 30 instructors who uses the zoom logins but everytime we face the issue of OTP login for unknown device.
This feature is really creating trouble for us. We urgently need to disable this feature as we can't always be available to share the OTP.
Please disable this feature for all five zoom licenses we have.
Thank you.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin. In the navigation menu, click Advanced then Security. Under Security, click the Sign in with Two-Factor Authentication toggle to enable or disable it. If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.

James
