Custom Questions - viewing responses

Can anyone please assist with how I can view the answers to the custom question I have required in the registration for my Zoom meetings? Thank you

Hi @ShaunM 

You can view all the information gathered through the registration form through the registration report. This can be run at any time, before or after the scheduled session. As registrations continue, you will need to regenerate the report to include the additional info.

Thanks, I got that. To me, that's a pain. I could VIEW the Registration and see all the standard replies of registrants, but just missing the Custom question answers. Wouldnt it be better to have that info alongside the VIEWING without needing to go generate Registration Report? Or even better would be to provide Owner all the registered info including Custom answers in the Email Owner alert. Thank you.

Thanks Bort! I went to the registration report and generated it however it was empty of data.

I have a question at registration asking "Who invited you to the meeting?'' 

I am hoping that these questions have to be answered to register.

Hi @ShaunM 

Be sure to check the Required box for each custom question, otherwise it is possible to skip that question when registering:

How about this ... I have a form set up with a required question. I went in and registered and it of course required me to answer the required question before I could register. But when I pull the registration report I am the only person whose answer is recorded. All of the other registrants' fields are blank for that "required" question. ???

I got the answer from Zoom's support - within minutes of submitted the question. they said that what I was getting from exporting the registration list was not the way to get the answers to the questions. You ahve to generate the webinar report:  

You can generate the webinar registration report by logging in to the Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us), then go to Analytics & Reports > Usage Reports tab > Webinar. On the Webinar reports page, select Registration Report for the Report Type > enter the webinar ID > click Search > select the webinar > click Generate CSV report. On the CSV report generated, you should be able to see there all the registrants' answers.
