I have a presentation in the middle of a recorded meeting. Is there anyway I can crop that out so I can put it on my organization’s YouTube channel?

You would want to download the recording and then edit its start/stop points in a tool like VLC, Handbrake, Premiere, Resolve... a tool like these. Then save it and upload it to YouTube.
