On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Conversion stops at 13% with no error??

I have a meeting that was recorded. When the meeting was ended, it tried to convert, but it just stopped at 13%, and the conversion window closed on its own. Nothing I have tried has solved it, it always stops at 13%, even the whole start-a-new-meeting-copy-the-files trick. I tried copying the files to another PC and converting them there, same deal. Is there any way to fix this when the Zoom conversion window itself is just closing (without any error)? I didn't find anything in my searching.

 

This meeting was recorded a couple days ago, using the free Zoom plan. If I were to pay for Pro now, I assume that would not help me? I am asking because I thought there might be a tiny chance that Zoom records all meetings and makes them available if you sign up...
