Confusion on a meeting link

I went into “a meeting” link that was on my zoom this morning as the host and no attendees were there. I later received emails from two people who had signed up and said “we were in the meeting but it said the host was in another meeting”. I’m cofused as to what went wrong.  I don’t understand why they have a separate link.

This is a reacurring meeting and I want to correct this for the future.

You could send everyone a reminder to ensure they have the correct link to your recurring Zoom meeting. To automate this there is also a Zoom marketplace app, Salepager, for sending reminders for recurring Zoom meetings to avoid this situation in the future.
