I just recorded a test meeting and saved it in the cloud.

Can someone please tell me where I access the cloud?

It's not obvious as when I record to my laptop, a separate window opens showing the recordings.

Thanks,

David

Hello @BlueSkySEO ,

you need to log-into your account on the website. In the section "Personal" you should then see the menu item "Recording&Transcripts".

Hi! I have the same issue, the session was recorded, when I go to recording and transcripts, the message reads: No results found matching your search. Thanks if anyone knows where I can source the recording!

Hi David,

If you've recorded a meeting and saved it to the cloud, here's how you can access it depending on the platform you're using (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.). I'll assume Zoom, as it's a common platform, but let me know if you're using something different.

Accessing Your Cloud Recording on Zoom

  1. Log into Your Zoom Account:

  2. Navigate to the Recordings Tab:

    • In the left-hand menu, click "Recordings".
    • You’ll see two tabs: Cloud Recordings and Local Recordings.
    • Select Cloud Recordings to view your saved files.
  3. Find Your Recording:

    • Locate your meeting by date and title.
• Click on the recording to access playback, download, or sharing options.
  4. Share or Download:

    • Use the provided link to share or download the recording to your device if needed.

If You're Using Microsoft Teams

  1. Go to Teams' Cloud Storage:

    • Open Teams and go to the "Files" tab.
    • Look for the recording in "OneDrive" or "SharePoint", as Teams stores cloud recordings there.
  2. Find the Meeting Recording:

    • Search for the recording under the "Recordings" folder.

If You're Using Another Platform

Please specify which platform you're using (e.g., Webex, Google Meet), and I can provide tailored instructions.

If you're still having trouble, feel free to reach out with more details about your setup!

Best,
