Cloud recording has no audio

I have saved a meeting to a cloud recording.  But once processed, there is no audio.  I was the host, checked my audio prior to the meeting.  Everything worked fine.  Participants could hear me.  My local volume was on high.

 

Why doesn't the recording have audio?  Is there something that I have to set?

Any answer to this problem?  Had the same problem today!!
