Charged for Annual Subscription and have yet to recieve the subscrition or my money back

I tried to get an annual subscription trough its website through Wise a money transfer company that they use. The first payment was cancelled and returned to me and when I tried to do it again. I was advised by Zoom to contact Wisem, which I did, and they told me that I have to pay into zoom's account and I did that. I have yet to get the services I paid for or a refund. The suppor center is just god awful, they constantly hang up on you and even deleted my tickets that had been opened for over a week.

I'm dealing with the same thing. I can't get a hold of an agent and they've been charging me but my account says it's on a basic free membership. It's a nightmare over here!
