I'VE BEEN CHARGED FOR MONTHS AND IT SAYS I'M ON BASIC PLAN. I'VE EMAILED AND TRIED TO REACH A SUPPORT AGENT BUT IT'S BEEN IMPOSSIBLE! IDK WHAT ELSE TO DO BUT CANCEL MY CARD. HELP ME PLEASE ZOOM - THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

I'm dealing with the same thing. I can't get a hold of an agent and they've been charging me but my account says it's on a basic free membership. It's a nightmare over here!
