Can I turn the output view for the audience by 180 degrees?, so I can use my tiny camera as a center camera in the middle of my monitor (if I hang it upside down).

Yes, you can.

You can rotate the camera image by 90 degrees in the video settings of the client application.
Try it!

Each click rotates the video by 90 degrees.
90 degrees > 180 degrees > 270 degrees > 360 degrees
Note that the virtual background does not rotate.
