Cannot view recordings

Hi,

I'm trying to watch some recordings of some classes I missed and the link takes me to a sign-in page and then "You have not enabled the Cloud Recorder. (200)" displays. I looked at some posts about this issue and they say about being a host cannot watch cloud recordings, but I'm not a host and I couldn't join the live online classes. Can anyone tell me what's happening?

I am experiencing the same issue and cannot seem to get any support from Zoom on this. I do have a free account and am wondering if that's why. I know the link works for others in the class and I have tried different browsers as well.
