Since the last few updates of the Mac app I've not been able to schedule a meeting from the app. I have to use the website to schedule. Everything else seems fine though. When I click the schedule button it just shows me a blank page, no error messages or anything. I can create a new meeting and start one already scheduled (from the website) but nothing else.
I'm on Mac OS and zoom version: 5.12.2 (11434)

I have the same problem on my free account, but no problem on my pro account.

Same issue but using Windows 11. We use Office 2016 not M365.

Interesting that it's on your free account but not the pro. I don't have a pro account so can't test that on my end.

Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
On the Home tab, click Schedule .
This will open the scheduler window.
Select your meeting settings. Note that some of these options might not be available if they were disabled and locked to the off position at the account or group level.
Topic: Enter a topic or name for your meeting.
Date & Time:
Start: Select a date and time for your meeting, but remember you can start your meeting at any time before the scheduled time. You can also manually enter any time. For example, you can enter 15 in the minutes field.
Time Zone: By default, Zoom will use your computer's time zone. Click the drop-down menu to select a different time zone.
Recurring meeting: Choose if you would like a recurring meeting (the meeting ID will remain the same for each session).
Regards,
James

I know how it should work but if you check the screenshot on my original post you'll see what screen I get presented with. There are no controls, it's just blank!

Did you find a solution?

I'm having this problem now. Blank schedule window. After updating to most recent version. Only on my Mac Pro. Any ideas?

I have the same issue - just a blank page.

I can no longer schedule a meeting from my iPhone, but I can from my desktop, so I think it's a problem with the iOS.
Zoom app is updated. Pro account! This is a PITA!

I have the same issue. We have a recurring weekly meeting. I always test the zoom link on our weekly email before I send it via MailChimp. It always works. Tonight, it shows a blank page and a red X with the message "Invalid meeting ID." What's going on?

You can still schedule a meeting from the Zoom clients the format of the interface may have been updated. Otherwise there are Zoom apps like Salepager that let you schedule Zoom meetings and send the link or you could use your email calendar.

Actually no I cannot schedule a meeting using the app. I have to log into the web version to schedule a meeting. When trying to do this in the app, the meeting window never fully loads and stays ghosted out. It's very inconvenient for our users. All are VMware instant clones, running Windows 11 and Office 2016 with the latest version of Zoom.

Hello @TeeBee2! If you are trying to schedule a recurring meeting, you would need to use the web app. If you are also unable to schedule a nonrecurring meeting through the app, please let us know.
