Can the registration confirmation page be changed

When someone registers the UX is poor. It shows what looks like the registration page again with a small "Webinar Registration Approved" at the top in the same place as the previous title, then it shows the whole description again, and then the user has to scroll down to see the time and the webinar URL.

 

Is there anyway of changing this so it is much more obvious that registration was successful and the FIRST thing the user sees is the URL and time, and how to add that to their calendar? Even just not showing the description would help, but this page needs to be redesigned. It's UX from the early days of the web
