Can't start my meeting

I can't start a meeting I scheduled. Al was fine for 2 years but recently I click on start and it doesn't start. No error. Sometimes a popup will appear and ask me if I want to start a new meeting or Join a meeting. The problem is my clients have a certain meeting ID number they are trying to log into but cant, since I cant start it.

Did you get an answer to why this is happening Chab?

I think my students are haivng same issue

Zoom recently had a credential validation update, I recommend updating your Zoom app and changing your password.
