Can't screen share when setting meeting from one computer & accessing meeting from another computer

Does anyone know why, when I schedule a meeting from one computer (IP address) and access the meeting from another computer (IP address), I'm not able to screen share with guests or able to set anyone as a co-host, etc.?

There must be a simple solution, as many people use office computers sometimes and home computers at other times.  Just don't know what the answer is and getting quite frustrated.

Thank you.

l think you should log in the licensed account to your another computer before you start the meeting. It seem you are not a host.
