Can't screen share when setting meeting from one computer & accessing meeting from another computer

Does anyone know why, when I schedule a meeting from one computer (IP address) and access the meeting from another computer (IP address), I'm not able to screen share with guests or able to set anyone as a co-host, etc.? There must be a simple soluti...
