On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Can't convert 'because another recording conversion is in progress'

I saved an important recording on local drive, to share later.  However, I cannot convert it and every time I try I get the message "There is another recording conversion in progress, please convert recording later in meetings > recorded.  

Well it's been a week and I still can't convert. I cannot see on the app any other conversion. I have three other recorded meetings saved in the app, which look okay but I could delete if need be. 

I've restarted computer. Closed and re-opened Zoom. Updated it.  

My colleagues are getting impatient for the recording.  How can I resolve?

Good to know it's not unique, but sorry you have! I've only just posted, so hopefully someone will have a solution for us.
