Can't adjust audio Input Volume in combination with Focusrite USB Interface

I'm running Zoom 5.8.6 on a Macbook with 10.13.6.

I am using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Usb Interface to record my audio.

The problem is that I am not able to adjust the "Input volume" bar when using the Focusrite interface. It always stays at minimum level and if I adjust it moves back to minimum automatically.

Automatically adjustment of input level is deactivated.

Does anyone know a solution for this?

Hey @fritzphantom, if you don't mind if you haven't already try to install the Focusrite drivers for your device? https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en-gb/articles/207546105-How-to-install-Focusrite-drivers-on-Window...

Try installing and let me know if that helps! Also, check if Zoom has any updates as I would also suggest updating as well! 🙂
