Camera stretched horizontally

my camera is normal to other people on a call, but shows up stretched horizontally to me. i access the calls through links, and not the app

Click on Video Settings. Hover over the preview of your camera. In the top-right corner of the video preview, click the rotate button until your camera is rotated correctly.

I too have a video image that is stretched, but mine is vertal. It is not rotated. On the Video Settings preview image I do not have a tool to rotate. I am using Zoom PWA. Any ideas to fix this?
I've reinstalled the app, I've adjusted everysetting I could find. I have confirmed that my video is not distorted to others, even during Zoom meetings. Participants videos are not distorted.
