Camera acting funny

Hello,

I had a meeting today and my image was appearing horizontally in the camera, not upright. The person I met with had to look at me sideways the entire time. This had never happened before and there is nothing different with my camera... help, please. What happened? Was this glitch a one-time thing or will it happen again? Do I need to fix this? How?
