I have a Lenovo desktop with built in camera. I also have a USB connected Razer Synapse camera, which I mainly use for Zoom meetings. Since signing up to a paid Zoom account it seem like I've had nothing but problems with the camera's during meetings (mainly at the start). Examples are that my picture disappears and the meeting recipient appears in both screens. It also white's out at the start and then comes back. I'm constantly having to stop video, restart video. It's very annoying and a bit embarrassing during meetings.
I'm on Windows 10 and use the Zoom website as the platform for meetings. I've checked the USB connection of the Razer camera and all seems fine.
Any thoughts or advice would be greatly received.
