Breakout rooms not available in new meetings

Hi,

Since a couple of weeks my Option for Breakout Rooms disappeared when I schedule a new meeting or open a direct meeting.

Interestingly, my personal meeting room or older recurrent meetings still have the Breakout Sessions.

Any idea what the reason might be?

I use the latest version. Tried already to logout and login again. Deactivated and reactivated Breakouts in the settings. Nothing changed anything.

I appreciate any help.

Hey, 

my problem was solved by the support. My end-to-end encryption was enabled. When this option is enabled, the following features are disabled:

  • Join before host
  • Cloud recording
  • Live streaming
  • Live transcription
  • Breakout Rooms
  • Polling
  • Zoom Apps
  • Meeting reactions*
  • 1:1 private chats*
