Breakout Rooms

I have enabled breakout rooms on the web portal (In Meeting/Advanced), but when I go to schedule a meeting though the  desktop app (Mac/most recent version of the app updated) there is no option to set prearranged breakout rooms,  or any breakout room option. Any thoughts would be great.

Check your Portal to see if these are present, Account Management-Account Settings- In Meeting(Advanced)

Thanks. I do have those two options enabled on the portal, however on the desktop app those options are not available, not in advanced options or otherwise. I've also confirmed that end-to-end encryption is not enabled.
