Breakout Room organization

We plan on having over 100 students to join four different breakout sessions. However, we have a hard time renaming them to enter them into the different rooms(i.e. Student Name (1), Student Name (2), )etc. Once they are in the breakout, they don't need to change but the Main Speakers will just move between breakrooms for the sessions. We have done this for two years but the renaming each student takes time. Is there a way to randomize the participants into even breakout rooms? Thank you.

Hey @WillinTokyo how are you creating breakout rooms? Are you pre-assign participants to breakout rooms when you schedule the meeting instead of managing them during the meeting. 

OR, when you click breakout rooms in-meeting, you can select the number of rooms you would like to create, and how you would like to assign your participants to those rooms: which you can Assign automatically, which will split your participants up evenly into each of the rooms, rather than naming each student by the room number and splitting up the students that way.

You can Include co-host(s) to breakout rooms: Disabled by default, you can include any co-host(s) in the automatic assignment of breakout rooms.
