Bose Headphones Not working

Hi, 

 

I am trying to connect my Bose headphones to teams but there is no sound coming out. They use the little USB plug into the laptop.

 

They do work on my Dell laptop in general and by testing again on the laptop itself they work fine.

They show as the default option in Zoom settings under audio but when I try and test, they have no sound come out.

I have reinstalled Zoom on my laptop and still not working. 

 

Note the headphones work fine with teams meetings.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this issue, as it is really annoying and I cannot seem to find a solution on google?

I'm having the same problem. Bose 45 bluetooth headphones are connected to PC via bluetooth and indicate being connected to PC when turned on and work fine doing Zoom test but cannot hear anyone during zoom meeting with them. What gives?
