Blur option disappeared

My online virtual background option is toggled to On.

When I just opened Zoom the blur virtual background is gone in the app.  The other virtual backgrounds work.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 3 100U 1.20 GHz

Any suggestions?  Thank you, Tammi
