Is there a way I can block a participant by using their email address from registering for a meeting/webinar?

Not really. The best approach might be to turn off Automatic Approval, and just don’t approve them.

Thanks, wish there was a way to block one person rather then having to approve all others.

You can  use this Zoom web page to make a feature request directly to Zoom staff:

Us volunteers in the Zoom Community don’t have a way to handle feature requests.
