Blocking Shared Screen Content in Zoom Meetings

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue during Zoom meetings where the video gallery or participant window blocks part of the shared screen content, as shown in the attached image. This makes it difficult for participants to view the full presentation. We are using Zoom Workplace (Version: 6.2.0) on Windows 11 OS.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue so that all participants can see the content without obstruction?

Thank you for your assistance.

Others have said they had success by installing newer video drivers directly from Intel website: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/Gray-Boxes-in-screen-sharing/m-p/199492

We have 2 Lenovo x1 Carbon Gen11's with this and we were unable to resolve it, though we tried several different driver versions.

I have the exact same problem on the iPad (iOS version). I host a meeting on my iPad and share a PDF.

Everything looks good until I open a panel on my screen. Either the list of Participants or the Chat window. As soon as I do that all the other participants see a black box when the panel opens on my screen and their view of the PDF file is partially blocked

I have attached 2 screenshots. The first one is the normal view and the second image is with the blocked / obstructed view. This started only about 2 days ago. I wonder what changed to make such a drastic difference to the user experience. With this change I can no longer use Zoom 😥
