I recently installed a webcam, but my face will not show in the screen during Zoom call. My face does show in my camera app. I also have a notice from my security system (ESET) saying that camera access to Zoom has been allowed. What do I do to get my face to show up on zoom rather than a black screen? I have the latest Zoom version. I am using a desktop PC.

I am having the same problem and have tried everything I can think of to no avail.

Same here. The desktop app does not show anything, all black. I need urgent support. It happened right after the update. On the web it works but desktop client app does not show anything
