Black screen during screen sharing

Someone hosted a Zoom meeting and I joined via Zoom on web on my computer. I'm unable to use screen sharing and view the screen of the participant sharing but my mobile (Zoom app installed) has no issues.

 

Is screen sharing and viewing of the screen not allowed in Zoom on web?

Can someone help? Thanks!

 

Me - Joined via Zoom on web and not able to use screen sharing and unable to see the host's screen
Me - Joined via Zoom app on phone and able to use screen sharing and see the host's screen 
Participant A - Joined via Zoom installed on PC and able to use Share screen
