I have a small tuition business with about 40 children who come to 9 different groups. I've been using Teams and its driven me mad so I've made the change to Zoom. I have paid my £150 for the year in the hope it will make life easier.
I feel like I've learnt enough about how to run the meetings - but before I spend time setting up Scheduled groups - I'd like to know if I can simplify the codes given to the parents so they are all the same and they just join when it is their time? That way, if they move group for one week they will not end up with different codes.
Also when I make a meeting - do I actually have to write each person's email in individually - even if I've set them up already in my zoom contacts? Surely there is a tick option.
I'd appreciate some help.
