Basic User Recording Zoom room

Hi All,

 

Can a basic user record the meeting to the cloud if done from a Zoom Room?

 

I know the Zoom room will allow the user to go over the 40min limit I also would have thought it would allow them to record to the cloud but the button is greyed out even tho when I click on Participants it says i'm the Host.
