Hello everyone,
If I'm adding new users to my account, how can I avoid them scheduling meetings at the same time on the same account?
Thank you in advance

Two users can run two different Zoom meetings simultaneously. Generally, one user can only run one meeting at a time. There are some situations where one user might be able to run two meetings at a time from different types of devices, but I don’t know of a reliable way to make this happen.

Sorry... it was a typo! "One user"...

Hi again, @CoachWalker.
There’s some terminology that gets in the way of many administrative tasks – and questions. “Account” Is one of them!
If you are adding new users to your account, they have complete reign to add meetings whenever they wish. I wasn’t sure if your question was just wanting to avoid conflicts with Zoom — there’s no worries there.
But if you’re hoping to get staff to avoid scheduling meetings simultaneously to avoid overlap for attendees, consider looking at the Zoom Scheduler. I don’t personally have experience with this, but I do know organizations use it to efficiently schedule meetings internally. See this for information:

Thanks. I'm not sure if you're saying that users can run two different zoom meetings simultaneously. Is that possible?
