Auto Sign-Outs

Hello all!

I am helping with a research project that involves interviews and I have a bunch of people using the same zoom account. I just wanted to check if anyone knows if there is a setting that can make it so when a meeting is done, the user is automatically logged out and their name is cleared? We are finding people forgetting to do this and using the account for their personal meetings since they are staying logged in so it ends up not available for others.

Thanks!

AmandaCarlene,

We do not have a way to auto sign out after a meeting, but you can have it automatically sign out after a period of inactivity under Advanced > Security in the Zoom portal

You can also go to Profile on that user and sign them out from their devices

Otherwise, I would recommend exploring having these users on their own basic account (which has unlimited time for 1:1 meetings) or exploring having additional pro licenses.

If this helped, please mark this as a solution so it may help others.

Thanks,

Brad
