My zoom audio and video are out of synch in dual monitor mode. If someone else uses the share screen function, this fixes the synch issue. What is going on?

Sorry for the delay in responding. Are you still having this issue? If so, please ensure you are updated to the latest Zoom client version 5.12.8.
I've not seen this issue before, and I use Dual Monitor mode most of the time myself. Sometimes there is an occasional/brief audio delay, but that's normal under some Internet-congestion situations (primarily at the speaker's end of things). If the problem is still present and is constant, consider making a Support Ticket for Zoom staff to research:
