For the past 4-6 weeks I have had audio problems on Zoom - in my own Zoom room as well as any other Zoom room I've entered. Everyone can hear me fine, but I can barely hear the other participants. I have been through every single menu and troubleshooting link that I have been able to find without being able to solve this problem. I teach via Zoom so it's really driving me crazy. Because it's a recent phenomenon I assume that it's tied to an update, but for the life of me I can't figure it out.
Every other use of sound works just fine, the problem is confined to Zoom. I'm using a laptop running Windows 11. I would be so grateful for any help!
