Audio problem

During meetings I often have  to ring a bell (I lead Meditation sessions). While my voice comes through loud and clear, the sound of the bell does not. I have Tried every combination of Zoom audio settings I can Think of, with no positive results.  I tried Live chat with no positive results. I called “The Geek Squad” for help, and they told me my computer settings were all up to date and that this was an app problem.  I don’t Believe that, but I am At a total loss. Any suggestions?
