Audio goes off when in a meeting on its own after sometime

Hi

I have recently purchased an IPad Pro.

Everytime I log onto Zoom meetings, after sometime into the meeting, am facing problem that suddenly my audio goes off. Neither I am able to hear anything from the opposite side nor I am being heard by him.  Even the mic icon does not show mute.

 

When I log off and log in the problems gets resolved, but after a few minutes the same problem surfaces again and again.

Our engineering team is currently looking into this issue and working hard to resolve it asap.

 

In the meantime, please try using this workaround to start meetings:

  1. Open Chrome app, 
  2. Type url: zoom.us/j/xxx , xxx would be the meeting id, 
  3. You will be directed to launch the meeting page, do not select join from the app, please select “Having issues with Zoom Client? Join from Your Browser” at the bottom of the page.
