Audio and Video no longer work using Zoom Workplace

Last week, Zoom updated our system to Workplace without any warning on both my and my wife's PC.  Now, no matter what we try we can no longer get either of the PC''s audio and Visual to work.  On audio we complete the test and we get sound but ZOOM immediate say's the "Fails to detect microphone".  My mircophone  and Video works if we you use other communication programs.

Kindly try doing a clean uninstall and reinstall the latest version.

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

I completed a clean uninstall and reinstalled without success.  I also rebooted the system.  The only way the audio and video works using Zoom is when I use a browser.

How can I remove Zoom Workspace entirely?????????????? Webcam is no longer recognized. Thanks in advance if there is a solution.
