On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

For clinical education purposes, I have to say "ah" on recording for at least 10 seconds. However, every time I check my recording, it reduces the volume to where I cannot hear the "ah." I tried the Beta feature for Live performance audio but my account says it in unable to do that. How can I fix this problem?

Hello @Emilyashton05,
Do you have an external microphone or headset that you can pair to your laptop/desktop to speak directly into the microphone or are you using a built in microphone? I think that may be part of the issue. Built in microphones do not have great sound quality.
If you have a headset or can purchase one, this might be helpful in performing the task that you are attempting.
Thanks,
Brandon
