Attendance duration is not reporting correctly

Hello,

I recently recorded a meeting with several attendants that lasted ~30 mins. When viewing the attendance report, the duration of most of the attendees did not record correctly. I am sure of this because I had some discussion with some of them late in the meeting. The time recorded was 1 - 5 mins (depending on the attendee). One of these attendees is recorded 30 mins into the meeting asking a question, yet the report says she only attended for 5 mins. 

Please advise.

I have the same issue. I would like to know how attendance is counted. As I have a person who was in the participant list in the zoom meeting the entire 60 min but it only shows them there for 1 minute.
