Assigning breakout rooms before the Zoom session

Hi all,

I have an important workshop tomorrow and have been asked to pre-assign breakout rooms. I have read the material online and it just hasn't worked thus far. Does anyone have tips for me? It  looks like I have to do this on the actual call? Thank you for the help!

Check your Settings at the link below. You may need to enable this feature "Allow host to assign participants to breakout rooms when scheduling"
