While sharing a screen, my aim is for participants to be able to watch the video in full screen, without seeing participants faces or names on the same screen.
Is there something the Host can do to enable this? (That would be best). Or is there something I can instruct participants to do to enable this?

I don't think that is possible. Your control over participant's view is limited to pinning you Video.

Thanks for your message Alpha UK
I will try pinning the video. My aim is to be able to play a video file in Share Screen mode, but in such a way that Participants see only my full-screen video with no little face-boxes on a side panel, or superimposed.
Thanks again for taking time to respond. All the best.
