Hi -- I set up a Zoom call from my account while it was basic, but I've since upgraded to Pro. Will the call in question have pro benefits? (Namely, I just want to make sure we're able to have the full hour vs 40 minutes.) Thanks!

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @ccb1.
You’ll be fine. The limitation is not attached to the meeting, it’s attached to your account. The meeting checks account limits when it starts up. You can literally upgrade a few minutes before a meeting starts, and it’ll fine.
This includes purchasing a Large Meeting Add-On, if you find you’re going to have more attendees than you have capacity. Just note that you generally need to make the upgrade before you start the meeting. I have seen instances where an upgrade was purchased while a Webinar was in progress and the Webinar limit successfully updated without having to close and restart, but I wouldn’t rely on it.
